I registered the Sebring; but, have been toying with the idea of driving the Challenger there. The jury is out. I vote for bringing the Challenger. Sure it would stink to not have the top down, but I'll trade you for a ride to/from dinner for a top down ride... haha. Plus it would be cool to see th...

I would make 3 minor additions to your post. First, I've always understood the sludge issue was addressed as a running change during the 2002 model year run. Next, I don't know when the routing from the front valve cover to the air cleaner box took place; but, none of my 3 2004 models have that conf...

In case everyone doesn't know, we will be doing the Thursday evening my house again this year. Bring a chair and a smile and my wife and I will take care of the rest. In addition to a chair and a smile, I'm going to try bringing my missus this year. Let's see, last year it was a fractured hip. In 2...

I was approached by a member about where he might purchase a strut tower brace for a 1st gen (same brace as a 2nd gen uses). Knowing Rich is no longer making them, I figure the only way to get one is to make it...or...put out a call to the CSCC membership to see if anybody has one they pulled from t...

It's the freezing weather in combination with a "[b]just slightly low/b]" battery is my guess. I honestly don't believe these cars tend to do anything nice with a battery that isn't fully charged. Now, could it be the alternator causing the battery to be loosing a charge? Maybe. You might ...

That's usually symptomatic of low coolant flow, whether caused by a restricted heater core or a waterpump that is starting to go. Is it always related to engine speed or just sometimes? Do you ever get heat at idle?

Once it's blowing hot, it generally continues even at idle - but not always.

Glad I'm not the only one. Before we headed to SC I noticed the heat was on, then off, then back on. I didn't concern myself with it as we were heading to SC. But, I had the same thing happen there. I haven't driven it enough to figure out a pattern; but, I think it starts working when the engine is...

Chris, hope to see you this July. Enjoy the Durango. My wife purchased a 2015 Durango in April or May of 2016. We really like it.

In the short term, you're most likely okay with the 20 amp fuse; but, understand there is a cause for it to be blowing and that cause needs to be rectified sooner rather than later. Do what Garry has suggested with regard to cleaning out the socket. Then put in a 15 amp fuse and see what happens. I ...

If I had one of those attached to my car, the insurance company would drop me like a hot potato. Yet, in 56 years of driving the only claim I've ever had was my son backing out our driveway and bumping the fender of a car parked across the street which caused about $400.00 damage. Yes, if it's only ...

You may want to keep a Battery Tender attached to it. Even if you don't think you will use it for 18 months, keeping a charge on the battery will keep the battery "fresh." If you let the battery lose it's charge and stay low for an extended period of time you can count on its life being di...

Didn't Y'ahhhll just get back from there a short while ago?......... Not really. I've been as busy as a one arm paper hanger since the last show so it is nothing but a faint blur in my memory bank. Of course, everything I was ever taught in school is also just a faint blur in my memory bank....

Funny you should bring this up as my '04 just burped on me in a similar fashion. I will be taking an extra control unit with me to SC and will swap it out if it continues.
