The most common cause for that fuse blowing is something in one of the sockets, shorting it out. The higher amp fuse could let it heat up more, causing things to burn. :( I would try to clean it out, perhaps a bit of compressed air blown in there? Doesn't take much to short it, and they are in a bad...

The coolant sensor housing can leak buckets, but should be visible.

The relay is the same in the sedans, and may be the same in other Mopar products. Worth looking at, anyway. They may let you test them in the parking lot. Mine will.
